Getting started
Set up Laudely, get your first reviews and share them, with or without a website.
- How Laudely worksA quick tour of Laudely: collect reviews from every customer, approve them, and show them on your website or your standalone page.
- Sign in and create your first spaceSign in with Google, then set up the space for your business, with its name, its laudely.com address and its default language.
- Get started on your Overview pageFollow the Get started card on a new space's Overview page: add your business details, get your first public review and share your standalone page.
Collect reviews
Set up the page where customers leave reviews.
- What customers see on your collect pageA field-by-field tour of the page where customers leave a review, what they must fill in, and what happens after they press send.
- Aspect ratings and the “Who served you?” questionLet customers rate up to 3 details of their visit with stars, and pick the person who served them. Both are optional extras for your collect page.
- Video reviews and recording questionsCustomers can add a short video to their review. See what they do, how to set the recording questions and how to remove a video.
- Counter tablet modePut a tablet at your counter so customers can leave a review on the spot. The page starts over by itself and keeps nothing behind.
Invite customers
Ask every customer for a review, the right way.
- Invite every customer to leave a reviewUse your collect link, QR codes and ready-made messages to ask every customer for an honest review, with no rewards and no picking.
- Ask customers to review you on Google tooAdd your Google review link and thank-you page buttons, so every customer can also review you on Google, whatever stars they gave.
Import reviews
Bring in reviews that customers left somewhere else.
- Add a review by handCopy a review from any website, chat or email into Laudely, with a link to where it came from. This works on every plan.
- Import reviews from screenshotsUpload screenshots of reviews from any site or chat. AI turns them into cards that you check before anything is added to your reviews.
- Reviews from private messages need the customer's consentA kind message on LINE, WhatsApp or email can go on your wall only after the customer agrees. Here's how to record that consent in Laudely.
- Why Laudely doesn't scrape review sitesLaudely never uses bots to copy reviews from Google or other sites. Here is why, and how to bring your reviews in instead.
Display reviews
Approve reviews and show them on your website or your standalone page.
- Approve, hide, highlight and delete reviewsNothing goes public until you approve it. Learn the review statuses, how to highlight your best reviews, and how to edit or delete one.
- Create a review wallMake a wall, carousel or single-quote box of your approved reviews. Choose its layout, your website's background, look, websites and which reviews it shows.
- Add a wall to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow or FramerCopy one line of embed code from Laudely, paste it into your website builder, and the reviews you approve appear on your site by themselves.
- Your standalone page at laudely.comEvery business gets a one-page site at laudely.com with your details and the reviews you publish. Handy if you don't have a website of your own.
