Ask customers to review you on Google too
Add your Google review link and thank-you page buttons, so every customer can also review you on Google, whatever stars they gave.
Many people check Google before they visit a business. Laudely can point every customer to your Google page as well, without filtering anyone. Everything in this article works on every plan.
Add your Google review link
Your Google review link opens Google's review form for your business. You find it in your Google Business Profile.
Search for your business on Google while signed in to the Google account that manages it. Choose "Read reviews", then "Get more reviews" (in some versions "Ask for reviews"), and copy the link. Google explains this in Create a Google link or QR code to request reviews.
In Laudely, open Settings and find General.
Paste the link into Google review link. It starts with
https://.Press Save at the bottom of the page.
Laudely then shows the link in two places:
Overview > Preview and share > Google review link: copy the link with Copy, or download a QR code with Download QR (standard image) or Download QR (for print, stays sharp when enlarged) and print it.
Invite customers > Google review link: the link with Copy and the same QR downloads, next to your own collect link.
Until you add the link, both places show Set the link in Settings, which takes you straight to the field, and How to find this link, which leads to this section. While your space is locked, the QR codes can't be downloaded; the link itself is Google's, so it keeps working.
Add buttons to your thank-you page
After customers send a review on your collect page, they see a thank-you page. It can show buttons to your pages on review sites. These buttons come from your platform links, not from the Google review link above.
Open Settings and find Platform links.
Paste the link to your public page on Google, and on any other site you use: Facebook, Instagram, X, App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra or Shopee.
Tick Show on thank-you page for each site you want as a button. It's unticked until you tick it.
Press Save.
The same links are used in other places too (see below), so a link to your public page on each site works best.
What customers see
The thank-you page asks "Would you also leave a review on one of these?" and shows a button for each site you ticked, such as "Leave a review on Google".
Every customer sees the same buttons, whatever stars they gave. There is no setting that sends only customers with good ratings to Google.
In counter tablet mode, the thank-you page shows no buttons. It goes back to an empty form for the next customer.
Other places your platform links appear
Your standalone page shows a button for every platform link you saved, ticked or not. A LINE link is shown on your standalone page only.
When you add a review from a platform by screenshot or by hand without a link of its own, its source label links to your page on that platform.
What Laudely can't do
Laudely isn't connected to your Google Business Profile. It can't read your Google reviews or rating, or post replies on Google. Automatic Google review sync is planned for a future Pro plan; it depends on Google's approval, so there is no date yet.
Laudely also can't promise you more Google reviews. It makes asking easy, and your customers decide.
Never send only happy customers to Google. Google's rules for reviews on Maps forbid selectively asking for positive reviews and offering incentives for reviews.
Limits by plan: Free: the Google review link, its QR codes and the thank-you page buttons are all included. Starter: the same.
