Collect reviews from every customer, show them on your site, share them anywhere. Everything here works today, except the one item marked Coming soon, and each feature shows which plan it is on.

Collect
A simple review page that customers open on their own phone, in their own language, with no app and no account.
Your collect pageEvery plan
One link and one QR code for your business. Customers give 1 to 5 stars, write a few words and can add up to 4 photos. The page appears in the customer's language, with 12 languages available.
Extra star ratings and "Who served you?"Every plan
Ask for stars on up to 3 details you name, such as "Food" or "Service", and let customers pick who served them from your staff list. Both are optional. Staff names stay off your walls unless you turn them on.
Video reviews with recording questionsEvery plan
Customers record a video of up to 60 seconds or upload one. A few questions, built in or your own, help them know what to say.
Counter tablet modeEvery plan
Put a tablet at your counter. After each review the page goes back to the start and keeps nothing from the previous customer, and its thank-you page shows no review-site buttons.
AI writing helpStarter
When a customer writes only a few words, AI can ask one neutral follow-up question and tidy their own words. The customer picks which version to send; if they pick the tidied one, the review says so on your walls and page. Off until you switch it on.
Free: up to 3 video reviews per space. Starter: unlimited.
Invite
Ask every customer, not only the happy ones. Laudely gets the link and the words ready; you send them yourself.
Your invite pageEvery plan
Your collect link with QR codes to print, and ready-made messages for email, text messages and chat apps such as LINE or WhatsApp, in any of the 12 customer languages. Copy one and send it from your own phone or inbox. The messages never offer rewards or ask for a particular rating, and Laudely never sends messages for you.
Ask for Google reviews tooEvery plan
Add your Google review link to get its QR code, and show buttons to the review sites you choose on your thank-you page. Every customer sees the same buttons, whatever stars they gave.

Import
Bring in the reviews you already have, from any platform. Laudely doesn't scrape other sites.
Screenshot importStarter
Upload screenshots of reviews from any platform or chat. AI reads the name, stars, text and date, and you check every card before anything is added to your reviews. You can black out names, phone numbers and other private details on the image. A review from a private chat can only go public after you confirm the customer agreed. 50 screenshots a month.
Add a review by handEvery plan
Type in a review from any website, chat or email, and add a link to where it was posted if there is one, so visitors can check the original. Private messages need the customer's agreement here too.
Reviews you import or type in are labeled "Provided by business" and always stay in their original language.
Show
Put real reviews where people decide: on your website, or on your own page if you don't have one.
You approve every reviewEvery plan
New reviews wait in your dashboard, sorted by AI into positive, neutral and negative, with the topics they mention. Nothing goes public until you approve it, and you can highlight your best reviews to show them first.
Review wallsEvery plan
A grid, a carousel or a single review at a time, in light or dark, or matching the visitor's setting. Choose whether to show stars, dates and source labels, or highlighted reviews only. You decide which websites may show each wall.
Works with your website builderEvery plan
Paste one line of code once; reviews you approve appear on their own. Step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and Framer. The wall loads in the background and keeps its styles separate from your site's.
Your page at laudely.comEvery plan
No website? Every business gets a page at laudely.com/your-business with your logo, description, address, phone number, opening hours, a link to Google Maps and your published reviews. Share the link anywhere.
Show only reviews on certain topicsEvery plan
Show only the reviews whose topics or tags fit the page a wall sits on, such as reviews about taste on a menu page, and put reviews in the visitor's language first.
Free: walls and your page show up to 10 published reviews per space and carry a small "Made with Laudely" link. Starter removes the 10-review limit and the link.
Translate
Show reviews from your collect page in your visitors' languages.
Automatic translation, up to 12 languagesEvery plan
You switch it on and choose the languages. Reviews from your collect page are translated after you publish them. Visitors whose browser uses one of your languages read them in that language; everyone else sees your default language. Every translated review says "Translated from …", and you can correct any translation and lock it so it's never overwritten. Reviews you import or type in stay as written.
Your collect page works in 12 languages on every plan, and your dashboard in 9.

Reply and share
Answer the hard reviews and turn the good ones into posts. You always post them yourself.
The "To reply" list and low-rating alertsEvery plan
Reviews with 1 to 3 stars, or negative in tone, go on a "To reply" list, and we email you when a customer leaves 1 to 3 stars on your collect page. You can turn the email off.
AI reply draftsStarter
For each review on your "To reply" list, get three replies to choose from: formal, friendly and brief. They're written in your brand's tone and in the reviewer's language, with a translation for you when it isn't yours. Copy one and post it yourself. 50 a month.
Quote cards for social mediaEvery plan
Turn a review from your wall into an image: pick a recommended style, or a background (solid colours, gradients, patterns) and a size (square, 4:5 portrait or story). The customer's words are copied exactly, the text is always easy to read, and there's no “Made with Laudely” on the card. Free: 30 images a month. Starter: unlimited.
AI social post textsStarter
Pick a review and get six ready-to-paste texts, for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, your Google Business Profile and a short video. The customer's words are copied exactly, and only reviews the customer agreed to use in marketing can be used. Laudely never posts for you. 30 sets a month, one set per review.
Rating goal calculatorStarter
Enter your current Google rating and review count to see how far you are from your goal. You update the numbers yourself; Laudely doesn't read your Google rating.
Automatic Google review syncComing soon
Planned for Pro. It depends on Google's approval, so we can't give a date yet, and its price will be announced then. Today, add a Google review by screenshot or by hand to get a reply draft, then post your reply on Google yourself.
Reports
See each week what customers are saying, without logging in.
Weekly emailEvery plan
On the day and time you choose: how many new reviews came in and how many are waiting for you. In a week with no new reviews, it brings your review link and tips for inviting customers.
Weekly and monthly reportsStarter
New reviews, how customers feel, the most praised and most criticized topics, and an AI summary of negative reviews. Both are also on the Monthly report page in your dashboard, by week or by month.
Wall views and clicksStarter
See how often your walls and your laudely.com page are seen and clicked, in your weekly and monthly reports. Laudely keeps only daily totals, and walls set no cookies.

Built for honest reviews
Reviews only help you if people can trust them. On every plan:
Your collect page treats every customer the same way: the review buttons you choose are shown whatever stars they gave. No setting sends only customers with good ratings to Google, and Laudely's invite messages and tips never offer rewards for reviews.
Reviews from your collect page can't be edited, not the text, the stars or the name.
Review cards say where each review came from: "Collected directly" or "Provided by business". The label is on by default on your walls and always shown on your laudely.com page.
A review from a private chat, email or text message can only go public after you confirm the customer agreed.
No average star rating on your walls or page, so a hand-picked set of reviews never poses as your overall score.
No scraping of Google or any other site.
