Your standalone page at laudely.com
Every business gets a one-page site at laudely.com with your details and the reviews you publish. Handy if you don't have a website of your own.
Every space gets a one-page site at laudely.com followed by your space's slug, for example laudely.com/your-shop. It shows your logo, contact details and reviews. You don't need a website of your own: it's useful if you don't have one, or if you want one simple link to share, and it's included on every plan.
Fill in your page
Open Settings and find Standalone page. On a new space, Fill in business details on the Overview page takes you straight there.
Under Logo, press Upload logo and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 2 MB. Use Remove logo to take it off.
Fill in Description (up to 600 characters), Address (up to 200), Phone (up to 40) and Opening hours (up to 400). Every field is optional.
Under Platform links, paste the links to your pages on Google, Facebook, Instagram or other sites. Each one becomes a button on your page.
Press Save at the bottom of the screen. It stays there while you scroll, and a logo you upload is kept only once you save.
Your slug is set under General in Settings. You can change it only once, and links using the old slug stop working, so choose it with care.
Open and share your page
In your space's menu, under the space name, Standalone page opens your page in a new tab. Collect page, next to it, opens your collect page.
On Overview, open Preview and share and find Standalone page. Press Open to see the page, Copy to copy its address, or download its QR code with Download QR (standard image) or Download QR (for print, stays sharp when enlarged).
The QR code holds your page's plain address, so the page opens in each visitor's language.
On a new space, step 3 of the Get started: get your first review and share it card offers Open my standalone page and Copy link.
Until a review is public, your page shows only your business details, so publish your first review before you share it. While your space is locked, the page is offline: the menu shows a lock and "Standalone page: offline" instead of the link, and Preview and share has no QR codes.
What visitors see
Your logo, business name and description.
A button for each platform link you saved.
Your address with an Open in Google Maps link, your phone number (visitors on a phone can tap it to call) and your opening hours.
What customers say: your reviews.
A Leave a testimonial link to your collect page.
A language menu. The page opens in the visitor's browser language when it's one of the 12 languages Laudely offers to customers, and visitors can pick another one.
Which reviews are shown
Your page shows up to 60 reviews: highlighted reviews first, then the most recently published. Only reviews that are Approved & public appear, and a review from a private message only once you've confirmed the customer agreed.
Each review card always says where the review came from: "Collected directly" or "Provided by business". When a review has a source link, visitors can tap that label to open the original.
If you turned on Translate reviews for visitors, reviews from your collect page are shown in the visitor's language when it's one of your display languages, with a line saying "Translated from" and the original language. The page never shows an average star rating.
Optional lines on each review
Show aspect ratings on the standalone page, under Aspect ratings in Settings: on by default. It shows the stars customers gave for the details you named.
Show “Served by” on the standalone page, under Staff in Settings: off by default. It shows who served the customer, when they picked someone.
Tips
If you don't have another website, set your page's address as the website in your Google Business Profile.
Search engines can find your page and show it in their results.
On Starter, views of your page and clicks on its reviews are counted together with your review walls, in your weekly email and Monthly report.
Limits by plan: Free: up to 10 reviews and a small "Made with Laudely" link. Starter: all your reviews (up to 60 on the page) and no link. Address, phone, opening hours and the Maps link are on every plan.
