The monthly report
A summary of what customers said in a month and how your review walls did, on the Monthly report page and by email. Starter plan.
The monthly report sums up what your customers said in a month and how your review walls did. On Starter, you'll find it on the Monthly report page of your space, and we also email it to you early each month.
Open the report
Open Monthly report in your space.
Pick a month under Month.
Press Show.
Months are counted in UTC. The current month shows the numbers so far. Once a month has ended, its numbers are fixed when the report is prepared.
What's in the report
The numbers: New reviews, Wall views, Interactions (clicks on source links, photos and videos), AI reply drafts and Social posts made. New reviews include every review added that month, from your collect page, from screenshots or typed in by hand.
How the new reviews feel: how many were positive, neutral or negative, sorted by AI or by you.
Most praised and Most complained about: the topics and your own tags that came up in positive and negative reviews, with the number of reviews for each.
This month's negative reviews in short: an AI summary of up to 3 points, written from up to 40 of the month's negative reviews. It's prepared once the month has ended.
The Google rating you entered: the rating and number of reviews you typed into the Star rating goal calculator on the To reply page.
Staff named by customers: if you use a staff list, the people customers picked most often (up to 5).
The week view
Use View to switch between Week and Month. The week view shows the same kind of report for 7 days at a time. Each period is the 7 full days before your weekly email's sending day, in your time zone, so it matches your weekly email.
The email
During the first 5 days of each month (UTC), we email you the report for the month before. It covers your spaces where something happened that month.
To stop the email:
Open your account page: press your email address at the top of the dashboard (Account on small screens).
Find Email notifications.
Turn off Monthly reputation report. The change is saved right away.
You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. The report page in your dashboard stays available either way.
Things to keep in mind
AI can be wrong. Read the reviews themselves before you act on the AI summary.
Laudely does not calculate a rating from the reviews collected here. The Google rating in the report is the one you typed in; Laudely doesn't read it from Google.
Staff numbers are for you only. Each person's average stars and negative reviews appear only if you turned on Show each person's average stars and negative reviews in the report under Staff in Settings. They never appear on your walls or page.
Limits by plan: Free: a sample report with made-up numbers, to show what it looks like, and no email. Starter: the full monthly report, the week view and the monthly email.
