Free and Starter plans, and how to upgrade
What the Free and Starter plans include, how the monthly allowances work, and how to move to Starter from your dashboard.
Laudely has two plans today. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card. Starter costs US$9.99 a month or US$99 a year, which works out to US$8.25 a month. It includes one space, and each extra space is US$5 a month or US$50 a year, up to 10 spaces per account.
What Free includes
1 space: one business or brand, with its own collect page, walls and standalone page (your page at laudely.com)
Up to 10 published reviews per space
Your collect page in 12 languages, QR codes and the Invite customers page
Aspect ratings, photos, the staff question and counter tablet mode
3 video reviews per space
Adding reviews by hand, and AI sorting by sentiment and topic
Review walls, carousels, single-quote boxes and your standalone page, with a small "Made with Laudely" link
Walls that show only reviews on topics or tags you choose, with reviews in the visitor's language first if you like
Quote cards for social media, with built-in backgrounds: 30 card images a month
Low-rating emails, the To reply list and a weekly new-review summary
On Free, reviews beyond the first 10 still come in and are kept. You can publish one of them by setting another review to Approved · hidden, or publish them all after you move to Starter.

Translation covers reviews from your collect page, and you switch it on; reviews you import or type in stay as written. Both plans include one space; on Starter you can add more spaces. For the full comparison, see our pricing page.
How the monthly allowances work
Screenshot imports, AI reply drafts, AI social posts (AI carousels and post texts) and, on Free, social post card images are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. Unused allowance doesn't carry over.
The allowances are per account: all your spaces share them, and extra spaces don't add to them.
Months are counted in UTC, the world's reference time. For example, a new month starts at 7 or 8 p.m. on the last day of the month before in New York, and at 5:30 a.m. on the 1st in India.
Opening a draft you've already made doesn't count again, if nothing has changed since.
A card image you already downloaded this month doesn't count again, if nothing on it has changed.
Deleting an imported screenshot doesn't give the allowance back.
When an allowance is used up, that feature pauses until the 1st of next month. Everything else keeps working.
We email you when you've used 80% of your screenshot imports.
Upgrade to Starter
Click Plan at the top of the dashboard. The Plan and billing page opens.
Choose how many spaces you need with − and +. It starts at the number of spaces you already have.
Press Pay monthly · US$9.99 or Pay yearly · US$99. With more than one space the buttons show the total, for example Pay monthly · US$14.99 for two spaces.
Pay at Polar's checkout. It shows the exact amount, with tax where it applies.
Back in Laudely, keep the page open while it shows "Confirming your payment…". This usually takes a few seconds.
If you see Payment received, your plan switches shortly; there's no need to pay again. A wall on another website can take up to 15 minutes to drop the "Made with Laudely" link.
When you reach a Free limit, for example when you try to publish an 11th review, Laudely also offers you the upgrade.
Prices, taxes and who sells Laudely
Prices are in US dollars. Tax (VAT, GST or sales tax) is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. In the US, Canada and India it's added on top of the price; elsewhere it's included in it.
Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, sells Laudely to you. Your invoice comes from Polar, and Laudely never sees your card details.
Price lock: your price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break.
There's no free trial at the moment. Your first Starter payment is fully refunded if you ask within 14 days.
Laudely is intended for business use. It is offered to businesses outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Pro is coming soon
We're working on Pro, which we plan to offer with automatic Google review sync. It depends on Google's approval and Google's rules for its data, so we can't promise that it will launch, when, at what price, or exactly what it will include. Please don't subscribe to Starter expecting it. If Pro does launch, your Starter price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break, and switching will be your choice.
Limits by plan: Free: 1 space, 10 published reviews and 3 video reviews per space, and 30 card images a month. Starter: 1 space included (more at US$5 a month or US$50 a year each, up to 10), unlimited reviews, videos and card images, and each month 50 screenshots, 50 reply drafts and 30 AI social posts (AI carousels and post texts together).
