Add or remove spaces on Starter

Starter includes one space. Add more for US$5 a month or US$50 a year each, up to 10, or remove one from your next renewal.

A space is one business or brand, with its own collect page, walls and standalone page. Starter includes one space. You can add more for US$5 a month or US$50 a year each (the same billing period as your plan), up to 10 spaces per account. Free includes one space and can't add more; to get more than one, move to Starter and choose how many spaces you need at checkout.

The monthly allowances (screenshot imports, AI reply drafts and social posts) are per account. All your spaces share them, and extra spaces don't add to them.

Add a space

  1. Click Plan at the top of the dashboard to open Plan and billing.

  2. Under Spaces, press Add a space.

  3. The confirmation shows about what you pay today and what each period costs from your next renewal. Press Add and pay.

Polar charges you straight away for the rest of the current billing period, prorated. From your next renewal, each period costs US$5 more (US$50 on yearly billing). You can then create the new space.

For example, on monthly billing with one space and 15 days left of a 30-day period, adding a space costs about US$2.50 today, and from your next renewal you pay US$14.99 a month. In the US, Canada and India tax is added to both; elsewhere it's already included. Today's figure is an estimate worked out when you open the confirmation; Polar's receipt shows the exact amount. In the last few days of a period, when today's charge would be under US$0.50, the confirmation describes it in words instead of showing a figure.

If you try to create a space when you already have as many as your plan covers, Laudely offers the same Add a space step. If a locked space is waiting, adding a space brings it back online.

If the charge doesn't go through, nothing changes: your plan keeps the spaces it had. Update your card under Manage subscription and try again.

Remove a space

  1. Open Plan and billing.

  2. Under Spaces, press Remove a space from your plan. This lowers the number of spaces you pay for; it doesn't delete a space or its reviews.

  3. The confirmation shows the date it takes effect, what each period costs from then, and which spaces will go offline then. Press Remove a space from your plan to confirm.

The change applies at your next renewal. The current period isn't refunded. Until then, Plan and billing shows the scheduled change, and you can press Cancel this change to keep your spaces.

When you have more spaces than your plan covers

Nothing is deleted. The extra spaces are locked: visitors can't open their collect page, walls or standalone page, and you can view them but not change them. Choose which spaces stay online under Account; if you don't choose, your oldest spaces stay online. You can change your choice once every 7 days, and the first change after a removal takes effect is always allowed. A locked space comes back as soon as your plan covers it again.

Things to know

  • One space is added or removed at a time.

  • Spaces are added and removed only in Plan and billing, not in Polar's customer portal.

  • While a removal is scheduled, cancel it before adding or removing another space.

  • If your subscription is set to end, or a payment has failed, sort that out under Manage subscription first.

  • An account can have up to 10 spaces. Need more? Write to support@laudely.com.

  • Your price lock covers the price of extra spaces too, for as long as your subscription continues without a break.

Limits by plan: Free: 1 space. Starter: 1 space included, each extra space US$5 a month or US$50 a year, up to 10.
