Ask the AI virtual support agent in your dashboard
What the AI virtual support agent in your dashboard answers, what it can't do, its limits, and how to forward a question to the Laudely team.
The AI virtual support agent answers questions about using Laudely, in your language, from these Docs. You'll find it at the top of every dashboard page, next to Docs. It's an AI, not a person: it speaks for Laudely, but it can be wrong.
What it can answer
How to do something in Laudely, step by step.
What each plan includes.
Laudely's own rules as these Docs describe them, such as refunds or your customers' consent.
Under each answer you see the Docs articles it used. Open them to check the details: if the answer and the article differ, the article is right.
What it can't do
It can't see your account: not your reviews, settings, plan or billing. For a question about your own account, it gives the general steps and offers to forward the question to us.
It can't change anything for you.
It doesn't give legal, tax or medical advice. Laudely's own rules are in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
When these Docs don't answer a question, it says so instead of guessing, and offers to forward the question to the Laudely team.
Forward a question to the Laudely team
When the AI virtual support agent doesn't answer a question, press Forward to the Laudely team, check what will be sent and press Confirm and forward. That includes a question about what Laudely offers that these Docs don't cover, and a question it thinks isn't about using Laudely. We receive:
your question;
this conversation, up to the last 6 messages;
your dashboard language, and which kind of dashboard page you were on;
your account email, so we can reply.
Your reviews, settings, plan and billing are not included. We reply to your account email.
If an answer didn't help, press This didn't answer my question under it to forward it.
Limits
Each account can ask 30 questions in 24 hours and up to 300 a month. Very long questions and conversations reach the monthly limit sooner.
Asking more than 5 questions in a minute is too fast: the AI virtual support agent asks you to wait, and says for how many seconds.
When you reach a limit, the AI virtual support agent says which one and when you can ask again. A question stopped by a limit doesn't count toward your 24-hour or monthly questions.
Each account can forward 5 questions in 24 hours.
A question can be up to 500 characters.
If the AI virtual support agent is resting for the rest of the month, you can still forward your question to the Laudely team. You can always write to support@laudely.com.
Your privacy
Your question and the conversation are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the answer. Laudely doesn't store the conversation: it stays in your browser tab, and it's gone when you reload the page, close the tab, change the dashboard language or leave the dashboard (for example, when you open Docs from the top bar). We only keep how many questions you asked and what they cost. A question you forward stays in our support mailbox.
Please don't type passwords, card numbers or your customers' personal details. For the details, see our Privacy Policy and How Laudely uses AI, and what to check.
