How Laudely works
A quick tour of Laudely: collect reviews from every customer, approve them, and show them on your website or your standalone page.
Laudely helps local businesses and independent professionals collect reviews from their customers, show them on their website or their standalone page (their page at laudely.com), and use them in their marketing. This article explains the main ideas in a few minutes.
Laudely is offered to businesses outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
The key words
Space: one business or brand. Each space has its own collect page, review walls and standalone page.
Collect page: the page where customers leave a review, at an address like laudely.com/r/your-shop. You share it as a link or a QR code.
Review status: every new review arrives as Awaiting approval, so nothing is public until you choose Approve & publish. You can also choose Approve & hide to keep a review without showing it.
Review wall: a block of reviews you add to your own website with a short piece of code. The dashboard calls it a widget, and you'll find it under Widgets.
Standalone page: a one-page site for your business at an address like laudely.com/your-shop, with your details and your reviews.
Testimonial: the dashboard sometimes says testimonial; it means the same as review.
Where reviews come from
Your collect page. Customers give you stars, write a few words, and can add photos or a short video.
Reviews you type in. Copy a review from another website and add the link to where it came from, so visitors can check it.
Screenshot import (Starter). Upload screenshots of reviews from any site or chat. AI reads them, and you check every card before anything is added to your reviews.
You'll find the last two under Update reviews.
What you can do with your reviews
Show them. Approve reviews in Manage reviews, then show them on a review wall or your standalone page.
Understand them. AI sorts each review that has text by how it feels (positive, neutral or negative) and by topic, such as service or price.
Reply to them. Reviews with 1 to 3 stars, or negative in tone, go on your To reply list. On Starter, AI drafts three replies for you to choose from.
Share them. Social posts turns a good review into a quote card, and on Starter also into ready-to-paste texts.
Follow them. Every plan gets a weekly email: a short summary on Free, a full weekly report on Starter. Starter also has a Monthly report.
Languages
Your collect page, walls and standalone page are available in 12 languages. The dashboard and the emails we send you are in 9: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian and Thai.
What Laudely never does
It never posts reviews, replies or social posts for you. You copy them and post them yourself.
It never sends invitations for you, and you never give Laudely your customers' contact details.
It doesn't scrape Google or any other site.
It never shows an average star rating on your walls or your page.
Plans
Limits by plan: Free: US$0, 1 space, 10 published reviews. Starter: US$9.99 a month or US$99 a year with 1 space (each extra space US$5 a month or US$50 a year, up to 10), unlimited reviews plus AI features. Full comparison.
Pro, planned to add automatic Google review sync, is coming soon. It depends on Google's approval, so there is no price or date yet.
