Get started on your Overview page

Follow the Get started card on a new space's Overview page: add your business details, get your first public review and share your standalone page.

A new space's Overview page starts with the Get started: get your first review and share it card. It walks you through three steps, and you don't need a website of your own: the last step is your standalone page at laudely.com. You need a space first; if you don't have one yet, start with Sign in and create your first space.

How the card works

  • Each step shows its status as an icon and a word: Done, In progress or Not started. Step 1 is also marked Recommended.

  • Steps 2 and 3 are required. The line under the card's title counts only these two.

  • A step changes only when something is saved in your space, such as a public review. Pressing a button doesn't tick it.

  • Collapse folds the card into one line, and Expand opens it again. It stays folded in this browser until you close the browser.

  • The card goes away once steps 2 and 3 are done. A locked space doesn't show it.

Step 1: Fill in your business details

Your logo, description, address, phone and opening hours appear on your standalone page. Leave out anything you'd rather not show.

  1. Press Fill in business details. Settings opens at the Standalone page card.

  2. Fill in what you want to show. Every field is optional.

  3. Press Save in the bar at the bottom of the screen. The bar stays there while you scroll. Until you save, it says Unsaved changes, and Laudely asks before you leave the page.

The step shows Done once any one of these details is saved. A logo you upload counts only after you press Save. Step 1 is recommended, not required: you can fill in your details later at any time.

Step 2: Add your first review

Pick one way to bring in a review:

  • Invite customers to leave a review opens Invite customers, with your collect link, QR codes and ready-made messages. Send them to every customer, or print the QR code.

  • Paste a review a customer wrote before opens the form for adding a review by hand. Copy the customer's original words from Google, LINE or Facebook, and add the link to where it was posted when you can.

  • Import screenshots lets AI read screenshots of reviews. On Starter it comes first. On Free it comes last, marked Starter, and you can finish every step without it.

Every review arrives as Awaiting approval. To publish one, open Manage reviews, tick the box next to it and press Approve & publish. Its status changes to Approved & public.

The step shows Not started while your space has no reviews and no screenshot results waiting. Deleted reviews don't count.

It shows In progress when something has come in but visitors can't see any review yet. The card names one reason, the first of these that applies, with a button that leads to it:

  • Reviews are Awaiting approval: press Go to reviews awaiting approval. Don't approve test reviews that you or your staff sent; delete them instead.

  • Screenshot results are waiting for you to confirm them: press Open the screenshot results. A screenshot becomes a review only once you confirm it.

  • A review is approved, but Customer agreed to public display isn't ticked, so it isn't shown: press Go to Manage reviews. A review copied from a private chat, such as LINE or email, can't be approved and published until that box is ticked.

  • All your reviews are Approved · hidden: press Go to Manage reviews.

It shows Done once at least one review is Approved & public with the customer's agreement. These are the reviews visitors can see.

Step 3: Open your standalone page and share it

Your standalone page is your business page at laudely.com, for example laudely.com/your-shop. Send its link, or print the QR code and put it up in your shop.

  • Until step 2 is done, the card asks you to publish your first review before you share the page: it would show only your business details.

  • Press Open my standalone page to see it in a new tab, or Copy link to copy its address.

  • Press QR code to see its QR code in a window, with Download image under it.

  • Once a review is public, QR codes and other ways to share takes you to Preview and share further down the page, with QR codes for your standalone page, your collect page and your Google review link.

  • Once a review is public, Have your own website? Create a widget opens the form for a new widget. See Create a review wall.

If your slug is still the shop- slug Laudely suggested and you haven't changed it yet, the card reminds you to check it before you share the page or print a QR code. Press Change it in Settings. You can change the slug only once, and the change breaks the old links and QR codes.

The step shows Done once you've created a widget, or 7 days after your first public review was published. Laudely doesn't record whether you opened or shared the page, so the card stays for those 7 days to remind you. Spaces whose reviews have been public for longer never see the card.

Limits by plan: Free: your standalone page and review walls show up to 10 reviews per space, with a small "Made with Laudely" link; screenshot import isn't included. Starter: up to 60 reviews on your standalone page, up to each wall's Maximum number of testimonials on review walls (50 unless you change it, up to 200), and no link.
