You can download a copy of your data yourself at any time, on any plan and free of charge. It comes as one ZIP file with JSON and CSV files that other tools can read.

Open Account (your email address at the top of the dashboard).
Find Export my data.
Press Download my data.
Your copy is ready in a few seconds, or up to a minute for a large account, and your browser saves it as a ZIP file named after today's date. You can make up to 3 exports in 24 hours. Every try counts, including one that fails.
What's in the ZIP
README.txt explains every file and column, the formats, and when the links in your copy expire. Start here.
data.json has everything in one file: your account settings, then each space with its business details and settings, walls, wall statistics, reviews, translations, drafts and screenshot imports.
testimonials.csv has one row per review, ready for a spreadsheet.
translations.csv has one row per translation.
media.csv lists a link for every photo, video, reviewer picture, logo and screenshot, with a name to save each file under.
links.txt has the same links, one per line, for a download tool.
widget-stats.csv has daily views and clicks for each wall and your standalone page.
Your reviews come with the reviewer details, consent records, source labels and source links, star and aspect ratings, staff names, sorting (sentiment, topics and tags), and the AI writing-help records kept with them. AI reply drafts and social post drafts are included too.
Times are in UTC. Google Sheets and Numbers open the CSV files as they are; Excel may need Data > From Text/CSV. If Excel shows everything in one column (common when your computer uses a comma as the decimal mark), open a blank workbook, choose Data > From Text/CSV, pick the file, set File origin to 65001: Unicode (UTF-8) and Delimiter to Comma. Excel may also reformat long numbers and dates (external_id, date_raw); data.json always has the exact values.
If a cell starts with a character a spreadsheet would read as a formula, such as = or +, it gets an apostrophe in front so it's shown as text. The same goes for such a character right after a semicolon.
Photos, videos and screenshots
The files themselves aren't inside the ZIP. media.csv lists a link for each one:
Photos, videos, logos, reviewer pictures and blacked-out screenshots link to our public file storage. These links work while the review or space exists, except that the screenshots of locked reviews are deleted after 30 days on Free.
Pictures that came from another platform, such as a Google profile picture, link to that platform.
The originals of your screenshots are private, so they get private links that work for 7 days. Anyone who has these links can open the screenshots, so don't share your copy. If the links have expired, make a new export to get fresh ones.
To keep the files, save them before the links stop working. You can open the links one by one, or download them all at once: give links.txt to a download tool, for example wget --content-disposition -i links.txt in a terminal, or use a browser extension that downloads all links. Screenshot originals download with a name that says which space and import they belong to.
If the download doesn't work
If your account is too large to download from the account page, or the export keeps failing, write to support@laudely.com from the email address you sign in with. We'll send you your copy, files included, within 30 days.
What isn't included
Internal records, such as rate limits, AI usage, email delivery records, billing events and internal logs.
Invoices and receipts. They come from Polar: open Plan and billing and press Manage subscription to download them.
Emails we already sent you, such as weekly and monthly reports.
Reviews you deleted, screenshot recognition results you never confirmed, and AI writing-help attempts on your collect page that didn't become a review.
Reports other people sent us about your content.
Moving to another service
You can export at any time and import the CSV or JSON files into another service. If you want to move to another service and end your contract with us, tell us at support@laudely.com and we'll help with anything the export doesn't cover. Our Terms of Service describe how this works in section 14.
You don't have to leave to get a copy. Cancelling Starter never deletes your reviews. The only thing deleted is the screenshots attached to locked reviews, after 30 days on Free (see What happens when your paid plan ends). You can export while you're on Free. If your paid plan has ended, export within 30 days and save the screenshots of locked reviews; they are deleted after that.
Before you delete your account
Download your copy first, then save the photos, videos and screenshots you want to keep from the links in it, and check that the files you saved open. The ZIP holds links, not the files themselves. Deleting your account signs you out at once, takes your walls and pages offline, and deletes your photos and videos straight away, so their links in your copy stop working too.
A deleted account can't be restored. Once you've checked your copy, you can go ahead and delete your account.
